BAN PHUC VU LE TANG THANH PHO HA NOI
"An official government website providing information and services related to funeral organization and arrangements."



Problem :
The previous website had become outdated in both structure and design. Information was scattered and difficult to navigate, while the visual hierarchy lacked clarity and accessibility. Users — especially the elderly and grieving families — found it challenging to find essential information or contact the organization quickly.



Solution :
The redesign focused on creating a clean, respectful, and emotionally sensitive interface. We restructured the information architecture to improve clarity, introduced a neutral and calm color palette, and emphasized typography for readability.
New UI components were built to ensure consistency and scalability, while the UX flow was simplified to help users quickly access services, pricing, and contact information without confusion.






Challenge :
Balancing the emotional tone of the website with modern usability principles was a key challenge. The design needed to convey dignity and calmness without feeling heavy or somber.
Additionally, presenting a large amount of structured data — such as service packages, facilities, and price tables — in a visually clear and accessible way required thoughtful layout and testing.



Summary :
The redesign successfully modernized the website’s interface while preserving its respectful tone and purpose. It enhanced both usability and emotional experience, allowing users to find the information they need quickly and comfortably.
This project demonstrated how thoughtful UI/UX design can bring clarity, empathy, and professionalism even to highly sensitive service sectors.
